# Refund & Cancellation Policy
## Customer cancellation
- Cancellation **14+ days** before the event start: full refund.
- Cancellation **7–13 days** before: 50% refund.
- Cancellation **inside 7 days**: no refund unless cancellation protection was purchased.
## Musician no-show / cancellation
If the musician fails to attend or cancels late, the customer receives a full refund. GigMeUp will help broker a replacement.
## Cancellation protection
If purchased at checkout, you receive a refund (less an admin fee) regardless of when you cancel, until 24 hours before the event.
## Disputes
Dispute resolution is handled within 7 working days of submission. Both parties may submit evidence; outcomes may include partial or full refund or full payment to the musician.
## Payment processing
Payment processing fees are non-refundable except where the musician is at fault.
